Projects from the IU Chemistry ITG

Every once in a while, there is an itch that we can't scratch. Many IT problems can only be solved by writing code, and many hours are spent doing so. Why should we keep this source code to ourselves, instead of letting the rest of the world make use of our tools and even improve them for us? Hence, the projects page was born.

Here's what we have so far:

• EasyCondor - A web interface for the CONDOR High Performance Computing system
• busynode - a simple command-line tool to reserve nodes in a cluster
• NavAlert - e-mail notification system for Symantec AntiVirus.

Here's what we are considering publishing in the future:

• CUEB - Our simplistic push technology backup system, using rsync and ssh
